Description
So many great features to love about this home, but one is the versatile flex room upstairs with full bath, which could be a game room, office or bedroom for an older teenager as it is a large area with its own separate heat and AC Zone. The Cherry Floorplan is one of the largest in the Pheasant Run area at 2435 sq ft mol. There is another bonus room downstairs that has a barn door which is right off of the living area. All of the open area's downstairs are engineered wood flooring including the entry and hallways. There is a walk-in pantry off of the kitchen. The exterior has a covered patio with Cable TV connection and a gas line for an outdoor grill, sprinkler system, guttering, tankless hot water heater, front covered porch, nice sized back yard and a 3 car garage.

"There is a nice local dog park area next to a large pond. There are 2 separate areas, one for small dogs and one for the larger dogs. It is fenced and water is available. It’s a great place for a doggy play date or to meet other dog lovers. "
