The Channel Islands Harbor and Sunday Farmer's Market are nearby too! This is a great place to call home. Showings are by appointment only, please do not disturb current tenants.

W/D hookups available but W/D are not included. 2 bays of the garage are included, owner plans to use the separate 3rd bay for personal use but could be negotiated if needed. No smoking is allowed.
