  • Kayla Young
"We enjoy this neighborhood. It’s been quiet and peaceful for us during our time here. Nice little community nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of the East side. "
  • Teresa Ulrich
    "Long due to construction everywhere!"
  • Racheldhartshorn
"There isn’t a dog park here. It’s a little scary because it is so close to a major highway so if they got out and ran off they could get hit"
  • Schrlacy
"Farmers market every first Saturday of the month at 21st and ridge. My neighborhood close to a lot of shopping. Walmart, dillons, target and almost all fast food is only 5 min away. People tend to keep to themselves or they’re friendly in the sense of saying hi when passing by. There are a lot of dogs where I stay but they’re all pretty well behaved and always leashed. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years. It’s one of the better areas in Wichita. "
  • Anushadilwick
"I live in a peaceful and safe neighborhood with well maintained public spaces .shopping People feel physically safe. There is effective policing, good lighting, and secure homes and public spaces."
  • Trulia User

"This is my childhood neighborhood back in the 1970s and 80s but now it’s a high crime area and has lots of sex offenders nearby. I would not live there today!"
  • Shantela82
"Nothing happens here. No one gets together for anything. We barely talk to our neighbors. My daughter and I were the only trick or treaters last year."
  • Njbarr33
"This is the best area in Wichita to live in. Very safe and kind neighborhoods. If I could bring my kids up in any neighborhood it would be in west Wichita. "
  • Yannah
"There is public transportation available close to here. Easily accessible. I drive my own car and am close to lots of places. Traffic is not fun "
  • Elizabeth Witt
"Live where life slows down, neighbors smile, and opportunity grows. Quiet, friendly, and established — real “neighbor knows your name” energy. Big yards, mature trees, and wide streets (not crammed like new builds). Affordable with rising value — perfect for smart buyers. Feels safe, grounded, and welcoming without the crazy HOA rules or flashy noise "
  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood for families with kids or retired people. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and close to local shopping and restaurants. Walkable to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School."
