We are renting our fully furnished, all utilities included (including WiFi) private guest house on our 1 acre lot in Paradise Valley. The guest house is updated and has 2 bedrooms plus a small room that could be used for storage or a study. One of the bedrooms has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The guest house has a washer & dryer, 2 entrances, private access via a gate, and ample parking. The property has a pool and we live on-site with our Aussie.

Our home is centrally located in the Tatum & Shea corridor. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. We are close (even walking distance) to Fry's, Trader Joes, PV Pie & Wine and other restaurants, nail salons, fitness facilities, and healthcare. We are 15-20 min from Sky Harbor Airport.

No smoking. No cats. Small dog permitted.
