Description

Three-bedroom ranch-style South Eugene house with hardwood floors, ductless HVAC, an efficient hybrid water heater, a large living & dining room, and a completely remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are included.

The house comes with garden space and a covered patio. The rent includes water, internet, and garbage/recycling; you pay for power. The property is in a quiet neighborhood near bus lines and a supermarket and across the street from a Buddhist center. The expansive yard has been turned into a fruit, veggie, and native plant garden. The patio includes an outdoor dining table and electrical outlets and is perfect for dining, craft projects, gaming, and social events during the warmer months.

The lease is for one-year, becoming month-to-month after that. It does not include garage space (there's substantial closet storage in the house, however). The house is partially furnished, including an entertainment system (TV and speakers equipped with Roku for access to Netflix, Hulu, etc.), oak dining room table and chairs, armchairs, and a futon couch. Cats are okay, but no dogs.

Tours will be available starting February 14th.

The lease is for one year and includes water as well as garbage, recycling, and internet fees. Tenants are responsible for power and light. A security deposit of $2250 is due when the lease is signed. This is a no-smoking house.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from February 23, 2025
