Renting because my wife and I are moving for a time. For this reason, we are in search of trustworthy person(s) to watch over the place while we are gone (minimum 1 year). We will be storing some of our stuff in the basement while we are gone, which will be separated by a wall.

1800 rent will not include utilities. All utilities except internet will be charged to tenant and paid through owner. This includes a $90 HOA fee. Tenant will be responsible for setting up and managing internet service.

Most of the furniture pictured will be stored in the basement unless renter(s) would like to negotiate a deal.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
