Not only a beautiful location but a convenient one as well. Near the Centennial Trail and Corbin Park. This lot is 2.70 acres. Room for animals, or a garden, RV parking, basically anything you need. There is a 2 car detached garage 24 x 24, greenhouse/shed and dog kennel. There is also a detached carport 21 x 24. One side has an enclosed area complete with roll up door to store items. The home is a 1924 build that has been well taken care of. 1570 sqft, NEW roof just put on and NEW furnace. Inside you have 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, additional storage room, formal dinning area, kitchen, and laundry. There is a cellar even! The home does have a wood stove and gas forced air. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had two students graduate from PFHS, one in 2018 and one in 2020. Both students took advantage of honors classes throughout the 4 years as well and dual enrollment through University of Idaho (U of I) and North Idaho College (NIC). One student graduated PFHS with just one class remaining for her Associate's degree. They also had a department dedicated to assisting students with college admissions, campus tours, scholarships, grants, and even in-person FAFSA workshops where they helped for every question every step of the way. For students not on the university path, they're partnered with KTEC where students do morning general ed classes at PFHS and afternoon workforce/industry-business grade training at KTEC. They really strive to help each student succeed based on their individual path. As with all schools, parent involvement in their student's progress is key, and PFHS teachers and counselors worked with my students and myself to meet my students' goals.Parent Review2y ago - Seltice Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll 3 of my children went to Seltice Elementary school. And by far was the best school my children have ever attended. Best teachers and staff my children ever had in a school. They truly cared and payed attention to my children's educational needsParent Review9y ago - New Vision Alternative School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAfter struggling at Post Falls High School for the first two years of high school my mom decided to enroll me in New Vision. I do have to say, BEST experience of my life. I never learned so much in my life, I've never felt more comfortable and I've never felt more helped. My teachers at New Vision were the best teachers I have ever had! They took the time to teach me and the time to prepare me for college which I'm at now successfully completing a Nurse Degree. They helped me graduate high school without the stress and made me enjoy high school rather than dread it. I would suggest this school for any parent looking to put their student in an alternative school or any student looking to go!Student Review10y ago - River City Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible system for doing things, food can be spoiled or molded at times, teachers can be extremley rude to autistic students and ignore their needs and accomidations, vice principal is rude and acts like shes above everyone else, counselors are nice but dont do much for people who need help.Student Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 489 S Corbin Rd.
