Requires 650 credit score and monthly cash flow of 3800$ or more. Requires signed one year lease plus first, last, and 1900$ deposit. No smokers, cats okay, only single tiny dog (adult under 20 pds).

Easy access to hwy. 101 and 9th St. Is essentially a continuation of hwy. 126 that connects to Rhody which is the street next to the Siuslaw River which flows into the Pacific ocean.
