Move in requires one-year lease, equal rent security deposit, cash flow exceeding twice the monthly rent, and credit score of all adults exceeding 650. Interested rental applicants are required to visit and walk the property, look into the windows as the blinds were left up, and fetch an application only available on site to fill if still looks good.
