About this House

Cozy 2 bedroom ranch home available in Kenmore. The large kitchen with plenty of storage offers a stove and refrigerator. There is a sunny dining room and a Den off the living room, carpeted throughout. The bathroom is updated with ceramic tile. The 2 bedrooms both have hardwood floors. There is a large enclosed carpeted back porch. Washer and dryer hook-ups are available in the full basement. Outside there is a cute backyard, one car garage and nice open front porch. Monthly rent is $800. A security deposit of $800 is required as well as a $200 water deposit. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities along with lawn mowing and snow removal. No pets please. No section 8. There is a non-smoking lease. We run a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants aged 18 and older and require a non refundable $37.50 per person fee to do so. No evictions in the past 5 years are approved.

Tenant pays gas, electric and water/sewer/trash also responsible for yard mowing and snow removal. No Smoking please. No pets No Section 8.

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. I think of some neighbors as friends we help each other out. While there is a lot of crime and it tends to be dangerous. It would be a nice place if the city invested more and if the police didn’t avoid patrolling around here "

    "This really isn’t a good neighborhood to live in. It didn’t use to be this bad but the crime is horrible there’s no police presence so the stores and gas stations always get robbed and the city of akron does nothing to help this neighborhood. Summit county the county where the neighborhood is doesn’t do anything to help anyone. There are very little programs yet poverty everywhere. You wanna limit crime ease the poverty and add more police presence. That’s why nice neighborhoods are nice they have police and city investments "
