Overall a good school with teaching staff that cares. The principal, however, is toxic. There is a lot of staff turnover at this school and it's obvious the current principal (let's call him T) is that main reason for this. Communication and follow-through is lacking and the principal has always seemed cold and disinterested to me personally. He'll barely make eye contact or say hello, not the type of greeting you expect from your school's leader. With new school leadership this school could be one of the best in the district, but it will continue to suffer under poor leadership for as long as the current principal is in place. At a district level, leadership needs an overhaul. Certain administrators are unprofessional and seemingly have no idea what they're doing. I think they've been pushed up into positions they didn't really want, and as a result they don't know what they're supposed to be doing.
