Kitchen appliances include a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, water/sewer, and garbage service, as well as yard care. Smoking is permitted outside only.

Please feel free to drive by and take a look at the property. We leave the blinds open and lights on, so you can take a look in the windows.

Key check outs are available at our office between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. We require a valid ID, and a $50.00 cash only deposit upon checkout. We do not provide change. Keys must be returned to the office at our reception desk prior to 5:00PM or the $50.00 will be forfeited and not returned. Please note that keys will not be accepted through the drop-box.

CONTRACT TERMS: Fixed-Term Lease

PET TERMS: Upon owner approval. An increased security deposit & monthly rent is required per pet. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
