"Summerhill the most historic and oldest community right next to Grant Park. Centrally located right at the heart of downtown Atlanta. Both 75/85 and I-20 are at your disposal for getting to work, shopping or fun very quickly. "The loud music and rude neighbors are typical of this neighborhood. My neighbors hate me because they think I’m part of gentrification, but I’m not. I live here because it’s cheaper than Kirkwood. But it’s cheaper for a reason: it’s a noisy food desert. "
