Renters Insurance Requirement:
Renters insurance is required and can be added for $15.99/month, or you may provide your own policy. If providing your own, it must include a minimum of $100,000 in property damage and personal liability coverage, with Atlas Real Estate listed as an additional interest.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
