About this House
Charming 1BR/1BA cottage. Downtown Mountain View. Close to transportation, but quiet. Private fenced yard. Completely remodeled in 2016, down to studs.
Hardwood floors throughout * very convenient floor plan * Stainless steel appliances * washer/dryer. Dedicated parking space.
Allergy? Newly installed Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC - quiet and with extra filtration.
Minutes walking to City Hall, Castro Street, restaurants, cafes, shops. Excellent school district.
For those who're moving from out of state - apartments here are built out of wood, even good insulation doesn't protect you from noises from above and below, from behind the walls. Houses/cottages, like this, don't have the same problem.
Usability here is much better than in larger sq. ft. apartments.
Check when vents replaced in apartments, as often it leads to allergy.
12 mo lease. Owner pays sewer, water and garbage.
