- My wife and I are located in nearby Broomfield, ~20 minutes away
- NO SMOKING PERMITTED. This is a personal preference as well as a courtesy to my lovely neighbors.
- Dogs allowed for additional $50/month. Cats not allowed.
- Trash/recycling/compost included in rental price
- All outdoor maintenance and snow removal included in rental price
