Cable television (Xfinity),  grounds maintenance and roads are included in the monthly fee.  The resort property itself includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, paved walkways, picnic tables and a catch and release pond for your enjoyment.   Downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away.  Home is being sold AS-IS.
