"I think it’s important to keep your eyes on your kids no matter where you live. It seems like there is always so much traffic. and I worry about kids getting hit by a car. Know your surroundings and keep your eyes open "
  • Mevangie
"Riverside is a city in the county seat of Riverside county California United States in the inland Empire metropolitan area."
  • Elaine F
"The parents should keep an eye on their little ones if in the front yard because a lot of cars will go fast down the street. There should really be a speed bump on our street. "
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived with h the neighborhood for 8 years and it’s a great place to live. Would definitely recommend living in the area for long term. "

  • Trulia User
"Safe neighborhood . Far enough from the Main Street so not lots of road noise. Lots of walkers/joggers"
  • Trulia User
"Schools are surprisingly good and the public ones are all being revamped. Lots of new families moving in and fixing up the houses."
  • Trulia User
"I have lived here 16 years. It’s quiet and we do have a lot of walkers in the mornings and evenings which is nice. There are still a few rough houses but most people are maintaining and improving their vehicles. We do see an occasional person parking on their grass but almost everyone has 2-3 vehicles and is responsible and respectful of others. We do have a mail thief but I bought a locking mailbox so no worries there."
  • Trulia User
"Quiet peaceful and many people have lived here for years. One sketchy residence down the street and one drug house three blocks from me"
  • Fordyceelaine
"I drive my own car but if I didn’t have a car I could easily go downtown by getting on the metro. There is a bus stop walking distance from my house. I’ve never taken the city bus and might be a little frightened at first as I’ve seen some questionable people on the bus. I have taken the train and that seems pretty safe to me but you never know. No"
  • 67kingfe
"Centrally located. Easy access to all types of shopping. Most homeowners keep their property maintained."
  • 67kingfe
"I’ve lived in this area my entire life. It’s centrally located. The schools and shopping are good!"
  • Richard d
"My street is like a freeway and no one stops at the stop sign. The 91 freeway sucks on the way into work "
  • Trussone76
"Aside for the need for the city to mark of parking spaces on our street with the money they make off street sweeping tickets it’s a good place to live"
