The 1 bedroom apartment features a private patio and garden, heated & stained concrete floors, gas fireplace, sunny bedroom overlooking the gardens, large kitchen, newer appliances including full size washer dryer, gas stove, dishwasher and fridge.

The property is on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre in the southeast hills. The street is quiet and has a country lane feel to it. The garden (in season) is spectacular and was featured on the Symphony Guild garden tour.

About 3 miles to campus, a few short, (but steep), blocks to the bus.
