What Locals Say about Munger Place

  • Craig Mertens
"I’ve lived in Dallas for 25 years and it’s home. If you can get through the summer, the other months are great!"
  • Chloe G.
"I live in the best neighborhood in the US. Gorgeous bourse, walkable streets, friendly accepting neighbors, porch parties on Fridays with kids running around, and generally good people living their best lives."
  • Meredith t.
"Wide streets, historic homes, friendly neighbors, tall trees, walking distance to parks and playgrounds"
  • Chrystinp
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and it is a fabulous neighborhood. Extremely active in public affairs, Mom's groups, neighborhood porch parties 9 months of the year, great schools, lots going on, and we're central to everything. Within five miles of almost everything you'd want to do. Five or so blocks from I-30, which is a straight shot to Fort Worth (about 30-40 minute drive). Midway is Arlington with the Ballpark, the Cowboys, Six Flags, Water park (drawing a blank on the name, Hurricane Harbor?). Really, I don't think there's a better neighborhood, anywhere!"
