The Dragonfly has a large wrap around deck that is surrounded by nature preserves and is located in Callender Lake. Callender Lake is a private gated community on a 365 acre lake that offers a children's park, boat launch, fishing piers and a swim beach/park. The home has central heat and air. A stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer are provided.

One year lease with security deposit equal to one month's rent. Application fee is payable through Zillow. Utilities (water and electricity) are not included but trash is. One small pet (cat or dog) may be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit. No indoor smoking. We will inspect the property and change the air filter bi-monthly. Notice will be provided.
