I see people walking at certain times when I am in my vehicle going to work to where I cannot see anyone walking in my neighborhood during the day. in the evening most normal people are inside their dwelling and either sitting down having family dinner or helping their children with their school work. I do not have any kids, but I can imagine I would be inside and notice I am saying INSIDE....I am not concerned about the ongoing of outside when I am inside because this is a quiet and safe neighborhood. thank you for your time"
