3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe Neuse River Middle School is amazing. I have twins who finished there in 2023. The staff works hard to connect with parents and students. Teachers made time to discuss, with parents or guardians, ways to help encourage the student's understanding of material and confidence level. The music classes were wonderful. My children learned to appreciate a range of music from Mozart to Andre 3000. Principal Mwanda motivated the students, teachers and staff to feel as a family. Festivals, pep rallies and games with student, teacher mashups allowed for the school community to laugh, cheer and get excited, with pride, about being a part of the Neuse River Middle School Family.Parent Review7mo ago19 Reviews - Forestville Road Elementary

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has been a student at FRES since Kindergarten, and I have never seen a more dedicated and caring staff. As a former teacher, I've worked with a lot of people who are "just there for the paycheck", but every person I've interacted with at FRES goes above and beyond - they all deserve a raise! The staff are excellent with communication, and are just genuinely kind and personable people.Parent Review1y ago7 Reviews - Knightdale High

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHonestly I feel like I was tricked came to the school to do the walk-through and my daughter started her ninth grade here last year and the campus is beautiful and big. So I thought this was going to be a great environment for her. But every other day there’s videos of fights they even have an instagram page where both students and staff are caught sleeping in class. I have had to deal with the incompetent staff no set up for guidelines and policies lack of staff lack of transportation my daughter spent half of her 10th grade year failing classes because teachers weren’t grading assignments that were giving on days that they weren’t in school she went through her first quarter with only half of her teachers in multiple days of either not having a ride home from school or not having a ride to school I have come to pick my daughter up on multiple occasions and given different times for when I can pick her up from school which is a major inconvenience when you’re trying to let them actually stay for part of the class and pick them up before two which is the time that is stated but when the office doesn’t feel like dealing with it they’ll tell you you can’t pick up your child I am sick of schools that have rules and guidelines for children to follow in order for them to be successful but the adults don’t have to follow the same thing the school is all front all full of all looks if you care anything about your child education do not send them to Knightdale high school!!!!Parent Review3y ago17 Reviews - Check out schools near 4801 Pine Dr.

"Just like any neighborhood, there’s good and bad things. Lucky I’ve experienced more good. This area is constantly evolving so you’re getting more traffic than the previous year. "

"There are a ton of dogs in our neighborhood. There is a huge field that is surrounded by trees where the dog could run. You can have a fenced in back yard and people are friendly towards dogs in this neighborhood. "

"Shelly lake is nearby. A nice area to go for a walk. The area has great schools. Children shouldn’t be too noisy living in the condo buildings since they’re older buildings, and you can hear what the neighbors are doing"

"There are many family oriented community activities and events that take place throughout the year, and such a great quality environment to be surrounded with, especially the nice parks! The area is one of the best locations Raleigh has to offer in my opinion! It is a short distance to any of the surrounding towns/cities as well. While the communities are constantly building/growing/expanding around us, it is still such a quiet/peaceful neighborhood."
