Large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Building amenities:
There is a great small cafe, Kohi Time, on the first floor!
On the 12th floor, there is a study area with private rooms (great for students!), printers for resident use, a common area kitchen and lounge area, a gym, and a hot tub.
There is an additional study lounge on the 2nd floor.
Mailboxes and the package room are located on the first floor. The package room must be unlocked by a staff member, and you must verify that your packages are your own with an ID.
Management and maintenance are helpful and responsive!
Union on Broadway is in a great location, especially for UO students (as it is between downtown and the UO), and is advertised as student housing. The walk to campus is about 15-20 minutes, and there are lots of great cafes, restaurants, and of course the Saturday market within a 15 minute walk in the other direction!
Available for Lease Transfer: Studio Apartment at the Union on Broadway (floor plan S1, no roommates). I am graduating from the UO in Winter 2026 and will be moving out afterwards, at the beginning of Spring break. I should be fully moved out by March 25, 2026. Since this is a lease transfer, the lease ends on August 31, 2026, but you may renew upon signing the lease if you would like.
Pricing:
Rent is $1,295, garage parking can be added for $175/month. Up to 2 pets are allowed, but may incur additional fees. There is a $500 pet deposit per pet, and $25/month pet rent, but these can be waived if your pet is an ESA or service animal.
Gas, trash/recycling, and internet/wifi are covered by the landlord. Water and electricity are not, and typically come out to about $40-50/month.
