"No neighborly events in this area, there is still a lot of lots that are being built on, so it's a very nice neighborhood and also is in the Frenchtown school district which is K-12 and is an excellent school and sports programs! It's pet friendly for the most part and pretty safe for kids, however the streets are not well lit and there has been thefts in the area, including car thefts! There are several major street/highways/interstates near by with fast speed limits and not any street lights so it's somewhat dangerous in my opinion when leaving to go into Missoula and neighbors usually keep to themselves for the most part! New developments are making residents that have been there awhile not so friendly and I prefer a neighborhood that is going to look out for one another! That's not here then there is also a lot of truck stops, casinos, and bars, and not any good places nearby to eat! It's a little noisy but not too bothersome once you get used to it! If you're not an animal person or kid person then this area is probably not the best!"

"There are a lot of families and kids in the neighborhood. It is a safe area. There is a grade school, middle school and high school within walking distance in the neighborhood."

"I live near my work. I avoid down town but I can get anywhere in 15 to 20 min non commuter time. I work non traditional hours so that is perfect for me."
