"Beautiful area to live. Lots nearby or a short ride away. Close to the City of Pittsburgh, only about a 20 min drive to get into the city."
  • L8cd
"Easy access to most major roads and highways. Quick ride to and from the great City of Pittsburgh! "
  • Florence J.
"plenty of fellow pet owners who walk their dogs and are pretty well behaved. Even neighbors without pets are very friendly and usually say hi and complement me on my dog. "
  • Margaret C.
"You always see people walking their dogs and they’re always friendly I’ve never seen an owner not cleanup after their pets."
  • Bernardtmartin
"It’s very dog friendly. People remember people by their dogs name. 😉 Most everyone picks up after themselves with a few exceptions "
  • Aqubet
"Family friendly and within ten minutes of major stores, restaurants and highways. "
  • bingopee13
"Beautiful neighborhood for straight white families. Don't even THINK of moving here if you're the least bit "ethnic" or gay. This neighborhood was the scene of a cross-burning on a front lawn just last year (yes, 2012, not 1912). Best for the blindly patriotic and conforming. Gun and pickup truck owners get a special welcome! Relatively low taxes compared to neighboring Allegheny County, but you get what you pay for in terms of school districts. Take the money you'll be saving on taxes and put it towards a private school for your children."
