About this House

Welcome to your FURNISHED home in Columbus, located just minutes from The Ohio State University and close to shopping, dining, and downtown attractions. This beautifully maintained single-family home offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms both renovated within the last 3 years. The home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for both short-term (minimum 3 months) and long-term stays (1 year minimum would be ideal but there is flexibility).

The property comes fully furnished with stylish decor, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and family friendly amenities (high chair, children utensils, pack & play, toys). A private fitness area in the temperature controlled three-car garage is included with room for two cars. Outside, enjoy a large amenity-filled yard with seating, a propane fire pit and grill. All stainless steel appliances including washer/dryer are included.

We are offering the property as a furnished rental with a minimum lease term of 3 months. Rent includes furnishings, appliances, and household essentials as this home was previously an Airbnb. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the other two are queens.

Utilities paid by tenant. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and would require a pet deposit.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals, visiting faculty, graduate students, or families who need a flexible yet comfortable housing option in one of Columbus's most desirable neighborhoods.

A bit of background about the owners, we made this house our home from 2020 - 2024 with our young son before a job brought us to California. We put a lot of love, personality and renovations into this home and want people who will treat it with care as the home dates back to 1880. We will have local property management when an on-site visit is required but will otherwise be managing the property virtually.

Renter is responsible for all utilities. For long-term renters (+1 year), utilities need to be transferred to tenant. For shorter-term stays, utilities will remain in landlord's name and be charged in addition to rent.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis and an additional pet fee may apply.

"neighborhoods are litered with trash everywhere and a lot of people do not walk their dogs with leashes. but its not a bad place to live for couples or single people. "
  • Braiden B.
"The commute to and from various part of the city are at a fingers tip. Close to both 315 and 71, but not too close. Great commutes to work on the west side that takes about 15 minutes at 7:30. "
  • Madi G.
"Lots of grass and safe areas to walk your pup. Comfortable distance away from many dog friendly bars and parks"
  • Bianca L.
"I have lived in the Dennison Place/Peach District neighborhood for seven years. It's not a notable neighborhood on it's own, but it is right next to the Short North. Once a hip area full of small business and art galleries, it has become overrun by chains, apartment/condo developers, and sports bars. I am looking to move out in the next year."
  • Tako
"I haven’t seen any yet, but some people play basketball at a park nearby, and the location is really convenient "
  • Lloyd W.
"I've lived here 2 years now. It's a great place to live. Quiet. Close to campus and downtown. Lots of night life just a short walk away. Close to public parks and COTA is readily accessible."
  • Klau T.
"Quiet, safe and nice, with really nice neighbors and really close to grocery, pharmacies and bars as well as restaurants and movie theatre. "
