"There aren’t many events I can think of, we’re closer to the rotary that leads to Encore Casino. They decorated the trees near the rotary for special times of the year like Christmas and 4th of July."

"i live on a busier st. in Everett which has it's downfalls, like people who carelessly speed regardless of pets and their owners as well as children and parents being out walking around. This could be potentially dangerous for a dog owner. "

"Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."

"The Fourth of July celebrations are always a big hit! There’s free food, games and contests. And at night there’s concerts for the older people. They actually go on a lot in Glendale park over the summer. "
