About this House

Adorable in-town New Englander. This home has many charming details throughout. In New England, friends enter through the side door- and this side door entry features a great 3 season porch that is used as a mudroom. It's the perfect place for coats, bookbags and umbrellas! Plenty of room for a bench and storage cubbies to keep the ourterwear organized. Enter directly into the updated kitchen where new cabinets and granite countertops complement the wide pine floors. Exposed brick chimney adds warmth and character. This kitchen is a perfect gathering spot. Family room/den features french doors that lead to a back porch, cute yard, and pool (heated). A living room, bathroom and laundry room round out the first floor. Three bedrooms are all upstairs. New roof, siding, electrical system upgrade, bathroom and laundry room floors, kitchen and some windows leave nothing to do but start packing! SAD 60 school disctrict.

"Good neighborhood, safe, quiet, easy commutes, friendly, good school system, quaint, farms, golf courses"
  • Leah R.
"Nice to walk dogs lots of children and friendly neighbors. Lived here for 3 years"
  • Katie L.
"It's a nice loop so walking your dog on a quiet road is nice and easy to do. it is hard though because the front yards of people's homes are the green space available which means your dog will likely pee on some else's yard or plants on the walk. "
  • Brian R.
"My town is great by offering family atmosphere and beautiful landscape with nice houses, great schools and a recreation department that will make your children feel at ease and safe."
  • Voxdcm
"Strawberry festival day, concert in the park series ,playgrounds recreational sports and activities.."
  • Jaymacres
"where I live is a very busy street and the cars go way to fast. I know a woman who was killed on my street walking her dog. there are so many places to go to walk your dog but the convenience of stepping right outside and going isnt always the safest option."
  • Erin B.
"It is a very nice, community oriented downtown setting, without any dangers of a typical downtown area. There are a lot of rents filled with friendly neighbors."
  • Lauren V.
"If you are looking for a private life, quiet, wooded area with lots of land for animals or hunting or snowmobiling. This is it! "
  • dave_palmer5
"I've lived in Berwick for 28 yrs and know this neighborhood which is in my opinion still one of the nicest, well kept rural neighborhoods in Berwick. You feel like your deep in the country, well away from the City traffic and problems, yet your only 10-15 minutes away from any type of shopping needs you have and just 17 miles to Portsmouth, NH. You can be at the York, Wells or Ogunquit beaches in under 30 minutes. If your thing is the Mountains, your just 45 minutes to just over an hour to the White Mountains of NH. You are 45 minutes to Portland Maine, just over an hour to Boston Mass and just minutes to some of the finest dining anywhere. The town of Berwick has one of the Oldest Summer Theaters in the Country, the Hackmatack Playhouse....! The school system is second to none, the town services are excellent, the crime rate is almost non existent when it comes to home invasions or personal attacks. I know this neighborhood has many kids and safe areas to play. I have been in this particular home and would be my first choice to raise a family if I had one. The house is absolutely incredible, the owner very knowledgeable about the home and I learned it was designed to be built in 3 phases, the first built in 1986, 2nd 1995 and the 3rd has yet to be completed. What strikes me as incredible is you could NOT buy a piece of property in a neighborhood like this and build a home like this for the price they are asking.......!!"
