This is such a wonderful place to live. It is located in The Meadows in Hingham. The community has a clubhouse and pool and tennis court and pickleball courts. There are 54 units. This unit has a fabulous layout. There is an attached 2 car garage. You walk into the home and there is a large living room to the left with sliders to a huge paver patio, afternoon sun. If you go back to the entry and turn right, there is a dining area/family room with sliders to another paver patio, morning sun. Kitchen is newly renovated and fabulous (see photos) built by a master Hingham well known craftsman Peter Bickford. If you go back to entry and go straight ahead, there is a den (which can be the first office). Then there is the primary bedroom and full bath with washer/dryer and walk in closets. Then upstairs is a bedroom and full bath and a loft (can be third bedroom or use as a second office if two people work at home remotely). Full basement with another washer and dryer and another refrigerator. This is a much sought after end unit.

It’s centrally located to Boston and surrounding areas in addition to Plymouth which is a straight shot down route 3.
