There is mother-in-law apartment downstairs in a completely separate apartment. They use some space for their cars on the driveway, but there is still plenty for the house renters. The backyard is for the house renters. There are two options for rental: first, for $1,500 house tenants need to pay all the bills for both apartment and house. The second option is a higher rental rate of $1900 with no bill payment.

    "There are a lot of fenced yards, both front and back. Many of the homes are dog friendly with nearby dog parks. However, there are also a lot of owners that let their dogs run leash free on their walks that do not have good recall. There are also a lot of dogs that jump fences when they’re larger breeds and the fences are not high enough for them and can cause territorial issues. My smaller dog has been attacked several times in her own yard. "

    "I would guess about 1/2 of the people here have dogs. They’re all very friendly. We have an HOA that requires they be on a leash and owners must clean up all dog poop. Everyone seems to follow the rules very well. I don’t personally have a dog but I don’t mind any of the dogs being outside. I can never hear dogs barking from inside my house, I can only hear a dog if I’m outside at the same time as the dog or have windows opened. "
