Hello! We're two friendly professionals (and one awesome dog) looking for a third person to share our 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse in Boulder, CO. The lease runs through July, 2025 with an option to renew. We're looking for someone who communicates well and enjoys a mix of social and solo time to join our creative, clean, and comfortable living space.
About the House:
This 2,000 sq. ft. townhouse is located near both Valmont and Christensen Park as well as the Boulder trail system, providing a great balance of convenience and calm. It's in a quiet neighborhood with little unnatural external light (you can see the stars at night). The deck faces a wooded area with large trees in the back yard.
Available Room:
The room is on the second floor with a walk-in closet. Three large south facing windows provide the space with comfortable natural lighting and peak views of the mountains. There is a centrally located ceiling fan with a three-bulb fixture. Adjacent to the room is a private bathroom with sink, bathtub/shower and cabinet space. The toilet on the second floor is shared between the two bathrooms.
Room Dimensions: 11' x 12' (132 sq ft)
Walk in closet dimensions: 6'6" x 3'9" (about 24.5 sq ft)

Amenities: Central heating, in-unit washer/dryer, driveway, garage, shared backyard, deck, balcony, new windows, new blinds, and several mobile A/C units if needed for summer.
