Right off the kitchen is a dining area which leads into a spacious family room. The bedroom is very roomy with a large closet and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a sink cabinet for storage and newer white subway tile in the shower. Also the hallway has extra storage.

Laundry room on-site. Only 1.8 miles to CSULB, 2 miles to the 405 freeway, 2.5 miles to the airport and minutes to shops and restaurants.

    "it’s nice like any other place that has the ups and down however, for the most part, people are friendly and neighborly. Issue is that some houses and apartment are oversaturated with tenant which causes a decrease of actual parking space on the street so parking is horrible. Worse than a lot of parts in LA."

You do have to be cautious though because there are also homeless people roaming sometimes and they set up tents on Anaheim, just always be aware of your surroundings. "
