    "Moore Town Road is in the rural area of Pender county. I'm not sure if I can give a fair assessment based on the way the questions are setup in this review . Anyway here goes, I live in this area and I love it. It's quiet, we don't need public transportation, everyone has their own transporation, parking as it's known it the city is not a problem for in the rural area. We own acreage, with plenty of parking. If we want to catch a movie, or do some serious shopping, we travel to Wilmington which is about 20 miles away. "

Wilmington is only a 15-20 minute drive away but is far enough that taxes and other costs of living are more affordable. Area schools are some of the best in the state. "
