Description

Cozy for a couple or small to medium-sized family. Carport, garage, courtyard, 2-story home, upstairs balcony off the master bedroom, and backyard. Been third owner since 1994. Both have served on board since first year. Major upgrades after move-in, 1998, 2001-2002, and 2005. No children or smoking, but owned cats until they all passed away. Plenty of light & space. Golf course on west side closed since Hurricane Wilma so it is very quiet most of the time. We will leave files of history, pics, warranties, and necessities/decorations with each room or theme, plus many extras if we can obtain our asking price. There are actually -4- parking spaces in front of each home here. As a small association of only 20 homes, it's easy to be among neighbors as family. Adjacent to major arteries, Military Trail and Sample Road, plus easy access to I-95. Being just west of I-95 reduces insurance premiums.

    "Overall Deerfield Beach is a place full of positive energy and people are happy to be here. In my opinion, this area is a hidden gem of a beach town that isn’t too big and isn’t too small. If I did have children, I would love to raise them in an area like this. The weather is perfect almost all year long, and during the hurricane season at least we get plenty of notice to get out of harm’s way, and people come together and help their neighbors regardless of their differences. Unfortunately nowadays that is hard to find in some parts of the United States as of late, so by all means, if you’re looking for a place that is close to it all, has great parks, beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, great schools, public transportation, friendly people and safe clean streets, come to Deerfield Beach but don’t tell too many people unless they would be great neighbors too!! "
