Second floor: A beautiful open concept space! Upgraded appliances and backsplash - a super functional kitchen and bar counter, a full dining room, and a living room with a 75 inch tv. Plus a uniquely decorated 1/2 bath. There is plenty of room for storage in all of the cabinets along with a pantry room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to feel comfortable - from all dish and drink ware to cooking utensils, a spice set, pots & pans, and baking dishes.

Third floor: There are three bedrooms in total. The master with an attached bath (shower plus separate bathtub) is furnished with a king bed. The two other rooms which share a bathroom are furnished with queen size beds. There is also a full linen closet along with a laundry room with an updated washer and dryer set.

The outdoor deck and lower patio areas are great for hanging out and enjoying the protected land behind the house. Garage parking for two cars, driveway parking for two additional cars. Street parking is allowed.

Location, location, location!! We are three quick turns away from I40, 15 mins to RDU, a walk to Creekside elementary, only 2 miles from blocks of grocery stores and shopping, and 10 minutes from Franklin Street! Within the community there are 2 volleyball courts, a playground and a dog park.

This place is called Home to many whom have lived here through Three or more generations and many newcomers who chose to make this place their new home. The house was recently sold and I find that I may be under the bridge at age 79 due to so-called gentrification . Durham is known for undermining it's citizens in the name of progress.
