Studio unit with separate entrance is not included (landlords use it when they are in town). Three bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs, spacious living room, dining room and a fully remodeled kitchen with all new Thermador range, fridge, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave and proofing drawer.

Minimum 6 month lease, can go month to month thereafter. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the residence. The garage has been split to provide private storage for each of the main house and studio unit. Up to 4 cars can fit on the driveway, which is for the exclusive use of the tenants. Tenants are responsible to pay all utilities. Landlord will continue to pay the existing gardener so long as he remains available. Washer/dryer and refrigerator are being provided with the house without warranty (i.e., landlord will not replace them if they fail). Fridge is new, washer/dryer are not. We're looking for responsible tenants who will take care of our newly refurbished home. Come live the dream.

We will be available to show the house on the afternoon of 9/5 or the morning of 9/6. Finishing touches will still be in progress. Lease can commence on or after 9/15/2022.
