Access to a shared lawn abuts a church and a gas station, and there are stairs to an attic for plenty of storage space. The rent is $900/month, plus one month security deposit. Heat is included with rent and the lease is month to month. Tenant pays for the rest of the utilities and landlord provides lawn care and snow removal. There is no laundry available, and parking is limited. No smoking and no animals allowed. Minimum credit score of 650. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The public bus stop is located at the front of the building, and the landlord lives off site.

Total of $1800 is due at signing the month to month lease. There is no access to a thermostat however heat is included with rent, and tenant pays for electric and hot water.     "My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and we've always enjoyed the area. I run through the neighborhood on a regular basis and everyone I come across waves a friendly hello. We have the rails to trails bike trail 5 just a short walk down the street, and downtown Manchester is a 5 minute drive. The Vernon St. area has a rare country setting while still being close to the shops and restaurant in the Buckland Hills area."

    "This town has so much to offer. Good schools, Community College, tremendous amount of shopping and restaurants, golf course, YMCA, numerous gyms, 2 libraries, great police force. It is a quaint but modern town. The Public Works Department does a great job with the upkeep of town property and public roads. Great services - too many to list. The housing market is affordable to all. Many apartment complexes to choose from if you don't want to buy. Can't say enough good things about Manchester."
