The kitchen has wide tile floor, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters with built in sink. The adjoining breakfast room looks over the backyard. Formal dining room with wood floors and wood floors in the foyer. Ceiling fans in most rooms. The master bedroom has a high, vaulted ceiling and 2 large walk-in closets. Garden tub in master, separate shower, double vanities, solid surface counters and tile floors. There is a large hall bath between 2 bedrooms and a linen closet at the end of the hall. Extra storage closet under the stairs. The big upstairs room could be a 4th bedroom, an office, game room, or media room. Large laundry room has extra shelving for even more storage. Only the two additional bedrooms, the stairs, and the upstairs bonus room have carpet. All other rooms have either tile or wooden floors. There is a covered back porch with a ceiling fan and one wall is louvered to allow the breeze to blow through but still have privacy.
