"Our little neighborhood, has a duck pond. The library is very close also. Maverick gas station is around the corner. All people in our 2-3 blocks keep their yards nice. This is not a cookie cutter area. We also have a 1/2 of acre or more yards. Our irrigation is available 2 x per wk."
  • Trulia User

"Yet another subdivision in swath of rapid development south of Boise. One of the few areas where rent is still affordable, if the absurd commutes don’t drive you insane. "
  • Lawrence B.
"Very friendly, quiet, and safe neighborhood to live. Close to two golf courses. Solar friendly neighborhood..."
  • A c.
"Family friendly, quiet, clean! It is close to everything, in the mean time is far enough to enjoy the village feeling."
  • Randyclough
"Lots of low income people just like me 😆 I moved here because I could afford this area after first living on the north side of town. It's still nice on the south side as Boise doesn't really change that much from one part of town to another."
