I'm not sure anything in this unit is original. New paint, new flooring, new kitchen, new lights, new windows, new doors, new toilets, new tubs, new appliances; if you can see it, then it is new!

This is the best one (1) bedroom you will find in the area.

Once you enter, you will be taken back by how nice the renovations are. The main living space is large and open with access to a dining area off the kitchen and the new kitchen itself with new cabinets, quartz counters, new appliances, and more.

Beyond this you will find your bedroom which is oversized and the bathroom. The bathroom was also renovated and everything is new!

This unit also includes a 1 car carport with storage and an open communal area that is private and great for pets.

Not only is the scenery beautiful but it's family oriented, safe to walk at night, and the schools are amazing. the homes are vintage and have won Neighborhood of the Year many times. I am happy to call Downtown Riverside my home. "

Also very close to unique and artistic park where you could walk to Rubidoux Mountain. R'mountain is a grate place to hike many go up for a nice fresh view up the mountain to see the city lights and unique view. And if your not a walker you could always go though the Santana Bike trail and test your self how far you could go. It's an active location and could always find something to do; with friendly a neighborhood everybody is welcomed "
