Renter is responsible for all standard bills (water/utilities, gas, electric, trash collection). Bills will be paid through TurboTenant.

Tenant is required to maintain cleanliness of the property, including grass and garden. Tenant must abide by the restrictions in the HOA.

Landlord is responsible for structural integrity of the property; however, the tenant will be responsible for damages due to tenant's negligence or accident (such as broken windows or damaged walls). Internet and cable/satellite not included. Renters insurance is encouraged. Plans start at $8/month through SURE Insurance.

Pets allowed on case-by-case basis.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping house. Smoking/vaping must take place outside on the patio only, not in the garage.

Illegal activities will result in termination of lease with no refunds, loss of security deposit, and immediate eviction.

Tenants must inform landlord of their intention to move in writing by the 1st day of their final month in residence. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of moving out after a final inspection to assess damages.

    "Don’t trust the judicial system. St.Tammany parish is all about that money honey! Property taxes are ridiculously outrageous! It seems after hurricane Katrina, a lot changed. New people, new attitudes, new accents, and covington grew into a concrete jungle. I live in the north rural part of Covington. It was a quiet town, but it seemed as if everyone knew on another or a family member etc. Parents: the schools are ridiculous now. They do not teach cursive writing in school anymore... I suggest homeschooling your children or sending them to a private school. "
