There is a communal dining/ living room area for the apartment, plus extra closets for storage and a large rear deck. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. Utilities each month are $150 and include high speed internet.

Laundry and grocery stores are at the end of the block and the 2,5,6 trains are within a 5 minute walk.

    "DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is loud, people are messy, and nobody has any respect for those who need to sleep. I saw a lady literally throw her plastic cup on the floor. ST Mary's park is nice but its always dirty in the morning because people don't know how to clean up after themselves. Its just all in all a crappy neighborhood to move into. Safe yourself paying over 2 grand a month to live in a "nice" apartment in a bad part of the bronx "
