If you say you do not have a bankruptcy or eviction then there is a $30 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only.
Other forms of bad credit are ok.
It usually takes only 2 to 24 hours to give approval!
We can do applications by email and text. The $30 application fee can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone.

My kids like to go outside and it’s lots of space to play for them. I still wanna move though. I just want to have more room and a quieter environment. I honestly need a safe place to own a pet. I worry about his safety. "

It’s a small community, maybe 20 homes. The owner of the land lives in the neighborhood. The Day Estates should have a much higher property value than its given. "
