About this House

Newly renovated Fresh paint, new laminate flooring throughout, new ceiling fan installed. Electric heat fresh paint inside and out.

Currently we are offering a 6 month lease term. We do run a credit check, background check and financial verifications. Your income must be verifiable in the amount of 2 1/2 times the amount of the rent. Utilities are split with the main house and obviously that amount will vary seasonally. There is no smoking in the studio but smoking can be done outside.
