Currently we are offering a 6 month lease term. We do run a credit check, background check and financial verifications. Your income must be verifiable in the amount of 2 1/2 times the amount of the rent. Utilities are split with the main house and obviously that amount will vary seasonally. There is no smoking in the studio but smoking can be done outside.

    "It’s a good neighborhood for dog owners. Cat owners freely let their cats outside during the day so keep in mind a cat might be owned even if they are outside alone. I usually keep my dogs on leash but I’ve seen trained dogs walk with their owners without a leash and they are usually tamed."
