Unit 2 ( and unit4) is a 900 sf, 2B/2B home with 800 sf of conditioned attic space, 110 sf front porch and a small back porch within a small private yard accessed from bedroom one by an exterior door. The unit has a vaulted ceiling and open concept living room and kitchen with sparkling polished concrete floors throughout. With all gas appliances, tankless hot water heater, a quartz kitchen peninsula with seating, ceiling fans, tile work and wood detailing throughout we hope to set ourselves apart from the run of the mill apartment or standard contractor grade rental house. Unit 2( green unit) contains an EV charger and two dedicated tandem parking spaces one of which is covered. This property is owner managed by an Contractor/Architect team.

This is a one year lease, resident pays for SW Gas, APS Electric and internet service. We do require a background check ($50) and application. Security deposit may not be used toward last months rent.

Small animals will be considered for pet rent or fee to be determined.
