Garage parking for 2 vehicles is available, along with additional driveway space. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Mid-term stays longer than 28 days are welcome. Inquire about event pricing.

Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property; a $400 fee will be retained to deodorize the home if evidence of smoking is detected. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving. In the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees when leaving. Overnight visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement are not permitted; a $200 fee plus $50 per person will be retained from your deposit if unauthorized guests are found. Parties are prohibited. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; guests will be charged the cost of plumbing repair if other items are flushed. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. The grill should be cleaned after each use. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage bin. Events require prior permission and will incur an event fee. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.
