My daughter loves all her teachers over the last 4 years here. Everyone know her name. The front office even remembers me. They helped get my daughter interested in reading, and she made millionaire, where she read over a million words this school year. This school keeps her engaged and wanting to do more. I love this school.

The school is racist towards black students and there is one time I was outside for almost an hour about to pass out just to be told to get to class

I won't say much but this school sucks I can't wait to go to a different school honestly I spoke of something that happened and it was told it was a lie it's not but I got 2 days of iss for telling the assistant principal that people came up to me and now I'm the only one in iss the other students are still in there classes I feel like no ones on my side like I don't want to be ur favorite for u to realize what's wrong and right I told the truth and I get called a liar then go to iss for no reason at all and for two days def favorites.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability at this school. My son, is a bright kid with a lot of potential, but instead of getting the guidance and consistency he needs, it often feels like I’m left to figure things out on my own. I’ve reached out, followed up, and tried to stay involved, but the follow-through and support have been inconsistent at best.What’s frustrating is that I know my child is capable — he just needs the right structure and adults who will actually take the time to redirect him in a positive way. Instead, the same issues keep being repeated without any real solutions or teamwork between school and home.I truly hope the administration takes a deeper look at how students are being handled and how parents’ concerns are addressed. Every child deserves to be supported, not just managed.

Staff are not helpful and worried about the wrong things the only reason I go is cause there medical program there’s always problems there and staff worried about things they don’t need to and are ridiculous about dress code depending on you body type if ur shiny no meat on ur bones it’s ok to wear short shorts or even if ur more on the big side you get away with it they don’t treat students equally the only good staff member there is ms.Steven’s the school isn’t fair to most student and many teaches don’t care I’ve even seen staff treat special needs student aggressively not a good school in my opinion

This school is possibly the most problematic and worst school in the whole district. This school provides poor education, the staff and teacher are disrespectful, racist, and very rude towards the students and parents. Even if your kid has done nothing and has a good excuse they will still do something against them and favor other students over them. The education is poor, not even half of the teacher knows how to handle students and teach them properly, no wonder the school tests scores are so low. In this school almost 90% of the students obtain tests scores of level 1 and the average is far below 3. Staff and counselors can handle situational properly. Recently one of my kids friends reported a girl who was harassing her and the staff did nothing in order to help her, instead they sided with the kid that was harassing her and threatened my kids friend, they insulted her and said that she initiated the problem when she was just trying to deal with it without needed to use violence. I cannot comprehend how this school treats their students as if they were less. This school has stupid rules that don’t contribute to lower the fights instead they just do nothing about and lay all this guilt in the honest, good and decent kids instead of doing something to those who already have a record and instigate more fights. They just put a blind eye to the real problems and focus on unnecessary issues like your kids shoes and whatever the color is. Don’t listen to what the district and media say, this school is hell for its students and it always has been, the new principal had done close to nothing to actually help its students, instead they just focus on fixing their reputation which can be seen by their low tests scores, is a shame that the teacher won’t even teach the students what they are suppose to, I wouldn’t be surprise if half of the students end up working at MCDonalds being in this school. If you really love your kids and appreciate their education please don’t send them to this school, this will only harm them deeply and affect their mental and physical health in many more ways that you can think of. Please consider this message and put your kids and a school who really solves problems instead of giving an blind eye every time something actually happens. If you are a parent s reading this, please know better and guarantee the safety and appreciation of your kids because in this school they won’t have any of that. This school is honestly just trash, thanks.

I love this school for my child. The teachers and administrators are really great. The teachers care for the students and push for them to do well. There's diversity among staff and same with the students. I recommend this school as they will offer your child a great learning experience.

They are terrible. The teachers don’t teach and they’re disrespectful. And especially the administrator my daughter comes home, crying almost every day because all the teachers are very rude and disrespectful to her. If you want your child to succeed, do not send them here.

As a student that goes to the school, I’ll be 100% honest while I’m writing this this school is horrible. They tell the kids to be good so they can get to be all school students will bully other students. Teachers will bully students. Teachers don’t even teach most teachers don’t know what they’re teaching about and send you the in school suspension administration. Don’t tell the truth to parents and a kid got expelled for getting slammed on the door by administration instead of the administration getting fired. Only thing I would suggest the school for is 12th grade because. You may be able to get into colleges for free like FGCU but nothing else overall the school is very bad. I do not suggest sending your kids here for high school. Send them to the other gateway for middle school. You can send them to varsity lambs. You have a lot of options.
