"Nothing that I can think of. There are many people that walk their dog(s). The neighbors I’ve talked with are nice. There’s kids of different age groups that are in the neighborhood too."
  • Vernon Fannin
"Plenty of places to walk your dog there’s walking trails. It’s very clean. The sidewalks are pretty good. There’s nice trees, beautiful views, and tons of places to take your dog if you were looking to have a good time in Spokane Valley."
  • Swilliams91
"Our little cul de sac is pretty tight-knit. Neighbors know and look out for each other. We know one another’s vehicles and call a neighbor if something seems out of place. "
  • MK
"Move here in June of 23. I am quite a senior citizen...very, very nice. To my surprise, many seniors live here. Everyone says hello. Mgt goes out of their way to keep you informed and has pleasant surprises in the lobby. A couple of maint on the grounds all day. No loud cars, immature tenants, etc. If a 1br ap is available first floor with the C - C-Trail just feet away..Take in no matter the price, rent it...to die for. The Gym, really nice. A lot of families with children...Perfect! Dog park is always used, all dogs are on a leash. Yup...5 Stars, well done. Mack Foss"

  • Kaylynn M.
"My commute outside of rush hour traffic is actually not bad at all. I can be downtown Spokane from the Valley in 10-15 minutes via I-90. Even rush hour isn't all that long of a hold up on most days. Maybe allows me down about 10 minutes."
  • Jaylon I.
"My commute is very easily accessible, many easy ways in and out. No public transit around however never really needed."
  • Courtferd
"close to good schools and gas stations. not far from a cute local year round fruit stand and the valley mall, close to the valley hospital and a urgent care center."
