This 2/2 unit in a duplex is an amazing find in Stuart!
The home is within walking distance to all of the fabulous restaurants and shops in the Port Salerno, Manatee Pocket area. It's on a quite, residential street; just down the block to the Manatee Pocket waterway and boat ramp. This is a nice, safe neighborhood, great for families, couples, or a single person looking for the perfect Stuart location.
The two bedroom, two bath home does not share a wall with the other unit. The unit has a large (partially fenced) backyard, and pets will be considered, for an additional deposit. It also has a small storage shed for the tenant's use.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Lawn service will be managed by the landlord. Utilities will be tenant's responsibility.
There is tile in the main home, with updated laminate flooring in the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have nice size closets (the master has a walk-in) and adjoining baths. The A/C unit has been replaced in the past couple of years and there are hurricane shutters, in the event of a storm.
The lease offered will be for a minimum of one year. Longer can be negotiated. (Extreme situations of a short term rental would be considered.)
Applications will be considered with correspondence, prior to coordinating a showing.

    "After living in a big city most of my life I find that the somewhat sleepy Stuart has the perfect medium as it offers the small town close knit community feel of a small town but also has loads of shopping and restaurants that you would find in a larger city. Stuart/Port Salerno is also a stones throw away from awesome beaches as well as larger cities with abundant nightlife. "

TRULIA NEEDS A REAL METHOD TO REPORT FRAUD!!!!!!"

    "Very mixed value area with few rules to keep a consistent well maintained appearance. Some houses very small and inexpensive with furniture on lawn and others high end. Ugly to drive through. Lots of work trucks and boats parked in front of houses. Looks very blue collar but folks want high end prices! Have to drive to almost everything and very few restaurants of any quality nearby. Grocery is about 5 miles. Streets are poorly maintained with no curb or sidewalks. Street lights are rare. People tend to be friendly but a bit standoffish. My main complaint would be the very large diversity of home values and condition in the area... it just tends to look tacky with many houses poorly maintained next to a really nice cottage like homes, This hurts the values of the better houses."
